Production of double-layer cardboard, wave E and B in 1640x1205mm format.

Our graphic design department has a modern digital CTP and DTP studio, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and software. We manufacture packaging prototypes on KONGSBERG plotters and we check the colour correctness on the EPSON STYLUS PRO 4900 machine. We work with specialist Artios CAD, Adobe Illustrator CC and Kodak software. We are one of the few companies having an imagesetter for CtP no-process offset plates by Kodak.

Our prints are made on the most modern printing machine for large format printing KBA Rapida 164, which is equipped with 6 printing units and a tower for dispersion varnish coating. The maximum printing format is 1640×1205. The maximum production capacity is 13000 sheet/h.

We also use the DIRECT PRINT technique, that is, we obtain the offset printing quality on a corrugated board sheet (E or F corrugated board). This process is faster and cheaper than the one applied in the flexography printing.

We have a modern and complex die-cut machine pool; therefore, we can offer a wide range of services. We work on BOBST VISION CUT machines in the format 1600x1100mm, BOBST 1575 EEG in the format 1575x1075mm, rotation punching machines 2400x1600mm and on 6 flat punch press machines 3000x2040mm.

We manufacture packaging with film windows of any shape, thickness and colour.

Our folder-gluers give us the possibility to bond even the most complicated constructions. The Versor and A&S gluers give us a quick completion of the packaging production process.

This technology targets mainly those customers who appreciate high aesthetic qualities and durability parameters of packaging. Our products are laminated on the FMZ laminating machine 1650x 1650. According to the needs of our customers, we use the E, B, C, F, BC, BE, EE corrugated board in the laminating process.

We offer the refining of the product surface by:
selective varnishing (e.g. only the logo) or overall varnishing, glossy and matt foil coating.
